Learning To Engage

As a teacher and researcher my work draws upon contemporary ideas and best practice in science and environmental education. My aim is to design and evaluate new approaches to active thinking and learning, to engage young people in science, nature and sustainable living.

Influences on my work, at present, include a review of recent research on How Children Learn, and the developing educational approaches of Visible Learning and Visible Thinking.
